swimming and basketball I am fortunate to be living in a school where my three children study. It is swimming competition for my children and today I watched them swim . It brought back memories of my swimming days back in MH. I have trained them well and it was so good to see my ten year old come second in the 50mt freestyle. My twelve year old daughter came first in the 50 mts breast stroke. The older one is going to try for a spot next year and I am proud he participated in many events. As for myself I have been keeping fit and can still beat most of the big boys in this school.I have finally mastered all the four strokes and can do a good job of them .We get to swim in the beautiful pool twice a week.I play basketball with the school basketballers very often and I am lucky I can still play and am welcome with the 18 year olds.Life has been kind and I still do the things I love.I hope friends who remember me are keeping themselves fit and learn to take one day at a time and be thankful .
